After I received the email this morning, I, like many authors, have made the decision to withdraw all of my books from the Draft2Digital platform. 

The introduction of a 'maintenance fee' as well as an annual fee if your books earn you less than $100 per year is ridiculous. 

I stuck it out with them when they made changes to the withdrawal threshold, effectively making it much more difficult to make a withdrawal. 

But these new changes will target budding authors, and that just ain't okay. 

It's hard enough finding the courage to publish a book in the first place. They don't need to be penalised for taking that huge leap. 

So, I now on the lookout for a new platform. Let me know if you know of a good one!
