24 hours is a long time to write, yes? Especially if it's 24 hours non-stop! 

That's what the London Writers Salon sets out to do. Every few months, they set a 24-hour period (usually over the weekend) so that writers from all over the world can log in and write alongside fellow creators. It's a good way of steaming ahead in a project, starting a new one, or getting some editing done. Once a writer has signed up, they can log on for one hour, two, ten or the full day (although, to be honest, that would wear me out!)

The latest writing sprint starts at 7pm BST on Friday 24th April, and finishes the next day at 7pm. Anyone can register (it's a free event) and anyone can log on at a time that suits them.
